Regarding information citations, Copilot replies now come with source links, allowing users to click directly to jump to the original webpage or internal document and verify the context and accuracy of the information. Microsoft said this improves transparency and helps users understand where Copilot's information comes from. IT之家 attaches the relevant screenshots below:

AI tools often output wrong conclusions due to outdated training data or misreading of context, and may even fabricate seemingly real sources — known in the industry as "hallucinations." The citation feature allows users to quickly trace back to the original material and confirm whether Copilot correctly extracted and understood the information.
Microsoft has also optimized the design and functionality of Copilot Chat, and added plugins, connectors, and Work IQ enhancements to the Copilot App. Beyond Word, Copilot has gained new skills and connectors in PowerPoint.
