IT Home October 7 news: According to user feedback,the Doubao App has officially landed on HuaweiHarmonyOSPCs, and users can search for and download it directly from the app market.
According to reports,the first version of the Doubao HarmonyOS PC App comes with the Doubao 2.1 Turbo and Doubao 2.1 Pro models, supports free switching between conversation / work modes, and has launched core capabilities including deep research, PPT generation, Write for Me, image generation, and cloud drive, covering scenarios such as work, academic research, material management, automated tasks, and creative design.
Huawei officially revealed that Doubao is also the TOP1 app on the HarmonyOS PC user wish list.
As previously reported by IT Home,in June this year, ByteDance launched the Doubao Seed 2.1 series of models on the Volcano Engine website, including Pro and Turbo versions, and the Seed-Evolving model was also iterated.
Doubao-Seed-2.1 is a new generation of large models built for the Coding and Agent era, offering Pro and Turbo versions, aimed at high-complexity task exploration and scaled production scenarios respectively. Compared with the previous generation, Seed 2.1 achieves comprehensive upgrades in three major directions: Coding engineering delivery, Agent long-chain task execution, and multimodal understanding, with stronger autonomous planning and dynamic repair capabilities, making it competent for real R&D and high-value production tasks.
