IT之家 On October 8, OpenAI posted a tweet on the X platform today (October 8) announcing that it will introduce the GPT-6 series models and an Intelligent UI for all ChatGPT users.

The number of global weekly active users of OpenAI’s ChatGPT exceeds 1.2 billion, although it was previously limited to the GPT-5.6 series. Over the past few months, OpenAI has released the GPT-6 Astra, GPT-6 Sol, and Luna models, which were previously only used for ChatGPT Work and Codex.
OpenAI has also introduced a smart user interface. With this interface, GPT-6 can flexibly combine text, images, and interactive elements to generate responses based on user questions. The responses may include charts and graphics to help explain concepts, and it also supports clickable buttons, forms, and other interactive components.
In one of the examples, users can learn how to play mahjong through the intelligent user interface. The official statement says: “Explore various ideas through interactive visual effects that respond accordingly to your learning, attempts, and discoveries.” IT Home has provided the relevant video below:
