Artificial Analysis Video Leaderboards now label derived models, and let you hide them
A growing number of video models are post-trained from another model on our leaderboards. Two of the top five models on AA-Video-T2V v2.0, Utopai X and MiniMax H3 Max, are built on MiniMax H3.
Derived models stay on the leaderboards by default because they are distinct from their base model. They can be materially better or worse than their base model at specific capabilities and use cases, and often differ in pricing, speed and availability. These differences matter to anyone choosing a model.
