IT Home On October 9, OpenAI Developers officially announced that OpenAI has launched the Ultrafast version of GPT-6.1 Sol in API, Codex, and ChatGPT Work.
This version can run up to 8 times faster than the Sol Standard edition, and its price is 6 times lower than the Standard edition (12 US dollars per million tokens of input (IT Home note: approximately 80.5 yuan at current exchange rate), and 60 US dollars per million tokens of output (approximately 402.7 yuan at current exchange rate)).
In Codex and ChatGPT Work, this feature is now available for Pro 500, eligible usage-based Enterprise, and credit-based Edu plans; enterprise users must have the permission enabled by an administrator.
The Ultrafast version for GPT-6.1 Sol is now available in all supported regions, and fully supports data residency compliance services within the United States and the European Union.
