IT Home On October 9, foreign media outlet The Information reported yesterday that NVIDIA plans to invest in the AI inference ASIC chip startup d-Matrix. This will be another major move by NVIDIA in the chip industry after its “fact acquisition” of Groq.

IT Home noticed that d-Matrix has previously established technical cooperation with NVIDIA: its next-generation inference XPU will support the NVLink Fusion ecosystem and adopt the MGX universal rack reference architecture.
