Alibaba Qoder recently officially announced the launch of a brand-new Fast mode, initially supporting desktop version 0.4.4 and above, with the Personal, Enterprise, CN, and International editions all able to use it simultaneously. Officials also revealed that other related products in the Qoder product family will be integrated with this mode one after another in the near future.
In terms of specific version experience and upgrades, the CN edition has added a new Fast tier, providing a more efficient and more economical option for daily tasks requiring rapid delivery. The International edition has directly upgraded its original Performance mode to Fast mode, with output quality unchanged, and original Performance users need not take any action as the upgrade is completed automatically.
In terms of core performance, Fast mode achieves a dual breakthrough of "faster speed and lower cost." Its first-response time has been dramatically reduced from the original 8 seconds of Performance to 3 seconds — less than 1/3 of Auto mode's response time, less than 1/2 of the International edition's Performance mode, and about 1/4 of the International edition's Ultimate mode. Meanwhile, Credits consumption has dropped from 1.1x to 0.8x, a reduction of roughly 27%.
Officials conducted a horizontal evaluation using 10 of the most common real-world developer tasks, comparing Qoder Fast with the Fast modes of similar domestic and international products. Test results showed that Qoder completed its answers in only 1/3 of the time taken by similar domestic products and 1/4 of that of overseas counterparts, demonstrating highly competitive response speed and execution efficiency.
