IT Home On October 10, Tencent Yuanqi released a notice on October 8 stating that due to business adjustments, the Yuanqi platform will cease service on November 9, 2026. Before the official cessation of service, users can still log in and use existing AI agents normally; after the service stops, the created AI agents will become unavailable. It is recommended that users complete data export and business migration as soon as possible.
Starting from October 29, 2026, the creation of new agents and the API key distribution feature will be stopped. Existing agents can continue to function normally before their official service termination.
Official service termination time: November 9, 2026. At that time, Yuanqi Platform will close all public services such as application access, data reading and writing, API calls, and console usage. User access to Yuanqi Platform will not be supported, and the Yuanqi Agent pages will not support display. Agents published through Yuanqi Platform on other channels (including official accounts, service accounts, WeChat customer service, etc.) will not support responding to user conversations.
From the announcement release date to the product suspension, users can use the export tool on the Yuanqi platform to back up data such as AI agent configurations, workflows, and conversation records to their local devices. In addition, to facilitate users in handling data export procedures, a data retention transition period will be set for them, which ends on [January 9, 2027].
The specific arrangements are as follows:
Before service termination (from now until November 9, 2026): The data export function of the Yuanqi platform can be used normally, and users can export and download backups at any time;
After the service suspension (November 9, 2026, to January 9, 2027): Platform functions will stop being used, but users can still log in to the Yuanqi data export console to download backup data.
Data deletion: Starting from January 9, 2027, except for records such as logs required by laws and regulations, the platform will legally delete all user data. Users are requested to complete backups before this date.
