IT之家 On October 11, at 4 a.m., Musk posted a screenshot on social media, announcing that the official account of SpaceXAI has been renamed “SpaceX Super Intelligence” (@SpaceXSI).
According to previous reports by IT Home, on September 29, US Eastern Time, U.S. President Donald Trump officially signed an executive order, ordering all administrative departments and agencies to use the term “Super Intelligence” instead of artificial intelligence (AI).
After Trump announced that it would be changed to “superintelligence”, several tech leaders were interviewed by the media in front of the White House. When it was Musk’s turn to speak, he blurted out “AI (artificial intelligence)” and quickly changed it to “SI (superintelligence)”.
Trump, who was standing nearby, heard Musk change his words and said “Thank you” to Musk. Trump smiled and reached out to pat Musk on the shoulder.
