IT Home On October 12, it was reported that the 26th China International Industry Expo will be held from October 12 to 16, 2026, at the National Exhibition Center (Shanghai).
According to Yicai Finance reports, during the in-depth dialogue session at the opening ceremony, Wang Xingxing, founder of YuShu Technology, said that the release of GPT-6 some time ago had a significant impact on the embodied intelligence industry. The company’s team has also deployed it in robots for testing tasks, and the results are quite good. In his view, the arrival of the critical point in the embodied intelligence industry will come relatively quickly, possibly within one or two years.
Wang Xingxing said that for robots to be used on a large scale, issues related to generalization and efficiency need to be resolved, but these problems will be solved in the next few years.
Wang Xingxing also mentioned, “Now, my personal belief in AI is actually increasing day by day. The biggest mistake I made over the past ten years or so was not being enough confident in AI. Perhaps many people still haven’t fully utilized or embraced AI yet.”
IT Home noticed that Wang Xingxing said in September this year that when robots can complete 80% of tasks through voice capabilities in 80% of unfamiliar scenarios, it means the industry has reached a critical point for growth. At that time, global companies and resources from various countries will converge in this field, and this industry turning point is expected to materialize in the next few years.
