In response to various external speculations about "Qianwen Go!", the Qianwen team clarified that day via its official WeChat account: this product, named Personal Agent, is not a separately listed app, but a personal agent embedded directly inside the Qianwen APP. Currently, a dedicated experience application entry has been placed inside the APP, where users can submit applications; officials will expand capacity in batches and gradually open access to more people.
Qianwen reiterated in its announcement that enabling everyone to have a dedicated AI assistant has always been the team's goal. Previously, leveraging the Alibaba ecosystem and open platform, Qianwen could already run errands for users in dozens of areas including shopping, travel, and logistics; the launch of "Qianwen Go!" means its scope of action and processing capabilities have reached a new level, able to take on more types and a wider range of personal affairs.
Hands-on testing shows claims and price comparisons work, with 70 yuan paid for a flight delay
From actual experience, this embedded assistant's "hands-on ability" is already quite impressive. After trying it out, a reporter found that users can use it to complete a series of tasks such as flight delay claims, venue and show reservations, restaurant screening and booking, product price comparison and ordering, and even job applications. In a test video, the user asked "Qianwen Go!" to check whether a flight was delayed and to contact the platform's customer service to submit a claim, ultimately successfully receiving 70 yuan in compensation.
Qianwen stated that the product will continue to collect feedback from real usage, refining the experience based on it and evolving toward a smarter, more personally tailored dedicated assistant. At a time when major companies are competing to push AI from "Q&A tool" to "Agent that gets things done", Qianwen's choice to first roll out through its existing APP rather than building a separate standalone app is both prudent and reveals its intent to directly monetize its ecosystem capabilities.
