1688 Fully Integrates the AI E-commerce Workbench Accio, Empowering Over 100 Million Buyers and One Million Source Manufacturers

On the morning of October 13, Alibaba's 1688 officially announced its full integration with the global e-commerce AI workbench Accio; from today, over 100 million annual active buyers and more than 1 million source manufacturers on the platform can all activate it directly.

Coming just ahead of the Double 11 shopping festival, this integration introduces for small and medium-sized buyers a "Procurement Assistant" that combines global sourcing, price comparison, and deal negotiation in one place, as well as an "E-commerce Manager" connected to Taobao, Tmall, Douyin, Pinduoduo, JD.com and other multi-platforms; meanwhile, the "1688 Business Assistant" has been officially launched for source manufacturers, providing differentiated AI capabilities for three core business scenarios: in-stock goods, customization, and cross-border trade.

This move marks a further acceleration of AI technology's penetration across the entire e-commerce supply chain, continuously restructuring the collaboration efficiency and ecosystem landscape of digital trade through intelligent upgrades on both the supply side and the demand side.
