IT Home On October 13, according to Viewpoint Network, at the Guizhou Province Quality Development Conference, Li Xin, the executive vice president and chief quality officer of Lao Gan Ma, revealed that in 2025, Lao Gan Ma’s annual revenue reached 5.4 billion yuan, setting a new record for the brand.
Previously, Tao Huabi retired in 2014 and transferred the shares to her two sons. However, due to a change in the chili recipe, the taste changed, and performance declined, causing revenue to drop to 4.2 billion yuan.

After Tao Huabi returned to first-line management of the enterprise in 2019, she restored traditional raw material standards and continuously invested funds in upgrading the factory area with intelligent technology. A full-chain AI management system was implemented, and through intelligent transformation, product quality was maintained, bringing her back to peak performance.
Now, the workshop has fully implemented the AI visual quality inspection system, enabling 100% traceability of core raw materials. High-speed industrial cameras scan the peppers on the conveyor belt, and they can identify mold or spots in just 0.3 seconds. The air flow automatically removes unqualified raw materials, reducing the defect rate of products in key processes to 0.02%.

Public information shows that in the third quarter of 2025, Lao Gan Ma ranked first in the Chinese condiment category, with a market share of around 55% over time. Currently, Lao Gan Ma has production capacity exceeding one million tons, and its products are sold in 160 countries and regions around the world.
