According to people with knowledge of the matter, Liang Wenfeng is considering the possibility of DeepSeek entering the domain of embodied intelligence. He may personally form a team to carry out research and development, or he might enter the market by investing in related companies.
Previously, Liang Wenfeng had invested in YuShu Technology. According to Bloomberg, DeepSeek plans to lead investment in Winverse AI, a robotics company founded by Hu Han, a former AI scientist at Tencent.
Regarding DeepSeek’s embodied intelligence layout, DeepSeek has not responded as of the time of this report.
