IT Home found upon inquiry that theApple iPhone 15 Pro / Pro Max and later modelsall added large model registration numbers on September 29, including the iPhone Air、iPhone Duo. The Apple iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus did not update their registrations.
This registration information matchesthe models supported by Apple Intelligence, as Apple Intelligence supports the iPhone 15 Pro series and later models.
In July this year, the Wangxin China official account published an announcement of the registration information for 7 services providing on-device generative AI on mobile phones, among which that of Apple Technology Development (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.the "Apple Intelligence" large model was registered on July 8, 2026, with the applicable scenario being Apple phones, which means the AI features of the mainland China version of the iPhone are expected to launch faster.
According to Securities Times, Alibaba said thatAlibaba Qianwen will be integrated into Apple Intelligence as an AI capability, bringing intelligent experiences to Chinese users of iOS,iPadOS, macOS and visionOS. Without switching between apps, users can directly experience Qianwen's capabilities such as text and image understanding and content generation on Apple devices.
