IT Home On-site report, October 14: Alibaba Qianwen Office today officially released an AI productivity tool for the e-commerce industry — Qianwen Office E-commerce Edition, helping merchants upgrade their operating methods.
Chen Yusen, CEO of Qianwen Office, said: "Qianwen Office E-commerce Edition is positioned as anindependent third-party e-commerce Agent, open to all e-commerce platforms and merchants on the market, and we welcome merchant tools and industry software from all platforms to integrate."
IT Home learned at the launch event that Qianwen Office E-commerce Edition hasopened invitation-based testing, and users can try it by switching to the "E-commerce Operations" mode in Qianwen Office.
It is reported thatcurrently 20% of Qianwen Office's paying users are e-commerce users, whose most frequently used tasks cover all aspects of operations such as store inspections, business analysis, order and inventory management, material design, and market monitoring.
For e-commerce industry customers, current AI tools face two major problems: first, a shallow understanding of e-commerce industry scenarios; second, a lack of integration with mainstream merchant tools. Qianwen Office E-commerce Edition aims to build on general Agent capabilities with designs tailored to e-commerce industry scenarios.
For the daily work scenarios of e-commerce customers, Qianwen Office has launched professional features such as "cross-platform operations dashboard," "trend insights and selling point analysis," "batch generation of hit materials," and "intelligent cross-platform ROI optimization."
It was revealed thatQianwen Office E-commerce Edition will also launch proactive operations capabilities: the Agent will proactively detect anomalies in inventory, advertising, conversion, after-sales, and other areas, explain the impact and reasoning, and assist in handling them according to authorization, moving AI from "passive response" to "proactive work."
Currently,Qianwen Office has integrated mainstream industry business tools such as Sycm (Business Advisor), Youzan, and Qianniu. In the future, Qianwen Office will continue to open to the industry-wide ecosystem to integrate more merchant tools and industry software.
