At the 2026 Chery Global Innovation Conference held this morning, Chery officially unveiled CheryMind, a foundation model for vertical domains, positioning it as "born for physical AI".

The deployment figures Chery provided are quite solid: more than 60,000 employees use CheryMind every day, the model already covers more than 200 business scenarios, connects over 400 enterprise systems, and has digested a 700TB enterprise knowledge base and 200PB of engineering data. In Chery's description, this is no longer a lab demo, but a real infrastructure reshaping the way the enterprise operates — it consolidates the data and methods scattered across departments and systems into a single thinking foundation that drives the daily operations and R&D of an automaker.
