After the official launch of the Qwen AI glasses N1 series and Qwen AI ear-clip headphones, they received attention from Bloomberg and other US media, with one report titled "Chinese smart glasses once again leave Meta in the shade," comparing the two sides' imaging, eye tracking and other capabilities based on public specifications.
During the Assembling2026 event in San Francisco, many AI entrepreneurs and tech professionals also tried these new products.
"It's like you're talking directly to me." Startup consultant Mike Rice put on the Qwen AI ear-clip headphones; a staff member spoke Chinese and he heard the English translation in his ear. The natural translation experience showed him the possibility of smooth communication with entrepreneurs from different countries.
"Its sound quality surprised me." Envision co-founder and CEO Karthik Mahadevan said the headphones' audio performance exceeded his expectations for an open-ear design. When trying the Qwen AI glasses, the clear photos taken by the small camera also left a deep impression on him.
The N1 series is equipped with a 5000万像素-level imaging system, and the N1Pro adds real-time vital sign monitoring, eye interaction and iris identity verification. The Qwen AI ear-clip headphones are professionally tuned by Bose and support professional translation in 89 languages; after binding through the "千问耳机" entry in the Qwen App, they can also handle tasks by voice command, receive completion reminders and set scheduled broadcasts.
Currently, the three new products have gone on sale across channels including Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, and Douyin. During the Double 11 shopping festival, prescription lenses for the Qwen AI glasses N1 and G1 are available at a 7折 discount (30% off), while prescription lenses for the S1 are available at an 8折 discount (20% off).
