On October 27, NVIDIA and Meta announced a deep partnership, under which the two parties will comprehensively expand their technical cooperation on Muse and its series of models, aiming to improve inference and training performance in order to efficiently respond to the market's explosive demand for practical AI agents.
According to the cooperation plan, the two parties will engage in multi-dimensional collaboration at the technical level: Meta plans to rely on NVIDIA's OpenShell reference architecture to strengthen its AI agent security framework, and use NVIDIA's Sentry to achieve full-chain monitoring of agent behavior across all types of scenarios, spanning structured, unstructured, and graph data. At the same time, Meta will further expand its deployment of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin systems, Spectrum-X Ethernet networking, and BlueField-4, fully empowering the operational performance and scaling ceiling of underlying AI workloads. In addition, NVIDIA announced an investment of 3 billion dollars in Meta's equity offering.
This partnership marks a further deep binding between a computing power giant and a leading large-model company in the fields of AI infrastructure and agent security. With the large-scale deployment of Vera Rubin systems and the upgraded inference efficiency of the Muse series of models, the two parties are accelerating the move of AI agents from technical validation to industrial-grade practical deployment, potentially reshaping the competitive landscape of next-generation AI infrastructure.
