On November 2, the 2026 World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit opened. Alipay's AHA (Agent Hub Access) agent multi-terminal interconnection solution won the "Xinyao" scenario award. The award focuses on the practical implementation effectiveness of digital-intelligent technologies and their value for replication and promotion, and is an important recognition on the industrial application side by the summit.
The 20 winning solutions in this batch cover multiple fields including finance, manufacturing, urban governance, and embodied intelligence. As Alipay's pioneering multi-agent cross-device interconnection solution, AHA focuses on breaking down agent ecosystem silos, supporting cross-brand and cross-device agent collaboration on tasks, with each party's boundaries independent and non-interfering. At a time when agents are accelerating their deployment, this is a key step for agents moving from single-point intelligence toward collaborative intelligence.
Connecting the fulfillment chain to build a cross-device agent protocol foundation
Currently, most types of agents operate as independent systems that can complete interaction tasks individually, but they lack standardized collaboration pathways, making it difficult to coordinate across brands and devices, and hard to chain together complex business processes.
AHA uses the Alipay App as its account and capability anchor, building on the A2A, MCP, and A2UI open protocols to construct a three-layer interconnection protocol system, opening up invocation pathways between agents of different brands and devices, exporting Alipay's government services, transportation, healthcare, and lifestyle service capabilities to terminals such as smartphones, in-car systems, smart glasses, and LLM Apps. Through technologies such as domain-based authorization, data isolation, and on-device encryption, it ensures that each party's boundaries remain independent and non-interfering, balancing open interconnection with privacy and security.
AHA interconnection supports multi-device agent collaboration, deployed across more than 1,000 service scenarios
The AHA interconnection solution was officially released to the public in August this year. On the product level, with AHA, agents on in-car systems and smartphones can invoke the capabilities of Alipay's agent Abao to collaborate on tasks: say “buy a movie ticket” to the car's voice assistant, and the in-car agent passes the request to Abao via AHA, completing seat selection, ordering, and payment directly; say “check my housing provident fund,” and multi-agent collaboration can likewise be triggered in one step. Currently, the service capabilities of Alipay's Abao have been exported via AHA to 6 types of terminals, deployed across more than 1,000 service scenarios; this platform-based integration model greatly reduces the adaptation costs and integration time for device manufacturers.
On the ecosystem level, Alipay has joined forces with more than 20 companies including Qwen, Huawei, OPPO, BYD, and NIO to jointly build a multi-agent interconnection and collaboration ecosystem. Cross-device collaboration has already been achieved among 5 mainstream smartphone manufacturers, whose combined market share exceeds 70%; on the vehicle side, coverage spans 16 mainstream automotive brands, with designated partnerships reached with more than 60 automakers.
Real-world deployment feeds back into national agent interconnection standards
AHA's large-scale operation across multi-vendor, multi-device scenarios has established a verifiable practical sample for agent interconnection, and further validated the value of the Alipay AI Open Platform as infrastructure for the agent ecosystem—providing the industry with full-chain support from protocol integration and capability invocation to scenario distribution, continuously driving the agent industry toward openness and collaboration.
As a core participating unit in the national standardization guiding technical document “Artificial Intelligence — Agent Interconnection,” Ant Group has fed this first-hand deployment experience into the standards development process, promoting the formation of unified collaboration rules across the industry.
Industry observers believe that the focus of competition in the agent industry is shifting from comparing model capabilities to real-world scenario deployment, and cross-device interconnection will become an important entry point for intelligent service distribution. With multiple parties connected, industry development costs will be reduced, allowing users to conveniently access daily-life services on all kinds of devices.
