PixVerse R2 Debuts On Site, Multiple Models Empowering Hong Kong's Industries
This year, AIsphere's PixVerse R series models have continued to lead the development of the general-purpose real-time world model industry. Unlike the traditional AI video form of "pre-recorded, fixed duration, one-way output," general-purpose real-time world models can perform real-time generation and interactive modeling of information such as visuals and sound, allowing video streams to change synchronously as users input text, voice, images or operation commands. Relying on native multimodal modeling, autoregressive streaming generation and an instantaneous response engine, the models combine cross-modal understanding, long-term temporal consistency, continuity of character and scene states, and low-latency feedback, achieving "generate, interact and evolve simultaneously."
At the opening event, AIsphere showcased in its exhibition hall to guests and media the recently released PixVerse R2, the world's first general-purpose real-time world model with Scaling capability. The model not only allows virtual worlds to "live with memory" but can also "understand various languages" and respond to each user action with causally consistent reactions. Guests on site experienced in multiple scenarios including gaming, interactive film and television, and digital humans the ability to instantly modify character states, environmental changes, camera movements and narrative branches using natural language commands — moving from "watching" to a real-time interactive world where "words become reality" — experiencing up close the cutting-edge progress of AI video technology.
Xie Xuzhang told Leiphone (public account: Leiphone) that in the future the company will continue to explore deeply integrating multiple flagship models, including PixVerse R2, into local advantage industries to better serve Hong Kong's digital content industry and the real economy.
In film, television and cultural creativity, Hong Kong has a deep cinematic heritage and mature creative talent; the PixVerse series models' cinematic-grade visuals, multi-shot scheduling and character consistency capabilities can, in the early development stage, help creators turn scripts, characters and worldviews into discussable, verifiable footage, providing new tools for storyboarding, action, special effects and style exploration, helping the Hong Kong film industry expand creative boundaries, cultivate young creators, and bring Hong Kong stories to international markets.
In cultural tourism, real-time world models can generate interactive immersive guides and personalized experience content for scenic spots, museums and cultural tourism projects, allowing Hong Kong's urban cultural resources to reach global tourists in a more vivid way.
In advertising, marketing and e-commerce, brand content can be instantly generated as personalized interactive visuals based on user feedback, and audiences can go from bystanders to narrative participants in interactive film games, effectively improving conversion efficiency and sense of participation, helping local enterprises expand markets.
"With the opening of the Hong Kong office, we will further deepen the integration of our technology with Hong Kong's local scenarios, continuously hold industry exchange and creator events, and work hand in hand with industry chain partners to promote the healthy development of generative AI," said Xie Xuzhang. Previously, in mainland China, AIsphere had already explored directions such as short dramas, animation, variety show visuals and interactive film games with content partners such as Mango TV (Mango Excellent Media), and established partnerships with industry partners including Alibaba, Giant Group, China Ruyi, BlueFocus and 37 Interactive Entertainment; this experience will also provide reference for the company's expansion of cooperation in Hong Kong.
Acting Director-General of Investment Promotion Liu Zhiyuan (Alpha Lau) said: "We warmly welcome AIsphere to set up an office in Hong Kong. Hong Kong's first Five-Year Plan and the 2026 Policy Address both clearly designate artificial intelligence as a key area for promotion, creating an excellent environment for cutting-edge technology enterprises to develop in Hong Kong. AIsphere's arrival fully demonstrates Hong Kong's appeal in the AI field both at home and abroad. Beyond bringing in top-tier AI video large model technology, we are pleased that AIsphere plans to actively participate in local talent cultivation and the improvement of community AI literacy, jointly building a sustainable and healthy artificial intelligence ecosystem."
Dr. Zheng Songyan (Simon Chan), CEO of Cyberport, said: "Cyberport is committed to building a vibrant AI and digital technology ecosystem. We welcome AIsphere's landing at Cyberport, and believe that its technological accumulation in video generation and real-time world models will bring new inspiration and cooperation opportunities to the community. We also look forward to AIsphere working hand in hand with local enterprises, universities and young entrepreneurs to jointly promote the development of AI applications in Hong Kong."
