Musk proposed that superintelligence, robotics, solar power, and large-scale space transport are among the only business directions with extremely high potential for economic expansion.
In replying to a post about potential cooperation between Tesla and SpaceX on the Roadster sports car, he added: "However, the Roadster itself is very cool, so we will pursue that program regardless."
Tesla is scheduled to release its third-quarter results after the market close on October 21 local time; analysts expect earnings per share of 0.43 US dollars (IT之家 note: approximately 2.9 RMB at the current exchange rate) and revenue of 27.9 billion US dollars (approximately 186.727 billion RMB at the current exchange rate).
