IT之家 News on October 19: a source, @金猪升级包, recently leaked AMD's yet-to-be-released Ryzen AI 7 HX 455 processor.
In terms of specifications, this model should be based on the "Gorgon Point 1" chip, retaining the full 16-core GPU, but the CPU has been reduced from the full 12 cores and 24 threads to 8 cores and 16 threads, reducing the cost for consumers to get a full-spec integrated GPU. In addition, it comes with 24MB of L3 cache.
The source said that the Ryzen AI 7 HX 455'ssibling model is the handheld-oriented Ryzen Z2 Extreme, whose CPU architecture is "3x Zen 5, 5x Zen 5c".
